Not the strongest formula available, but works amazingly well. I have been taking these for several years now as an adjunct to a cup of yogurt a day. i have found this formulation to be plenty to boost my acidophiles intake to keep my intestinal tract healthy. Its gets the job done. Been taking this supplement for about a year now. when I first started to use it, it was kind of just flying through, if you know what I mean. Just take it with a mid sized meal and full glass of water. October 23, 2011
100 million is really really NOT enough ... It does not work !!! You can experience the difference when you take - even the same brand - with at least 1 billion. Sorry guys ... buy one of the higher counts. This is really very low and does not make an impact. January 16, 2012
