Directions: Adults and children over 12, chew one tablet every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours, then decrease to one tablet every 4 hours or as needed. Children 2 to 12 years of age use one-half the adult dosage. Not for use by children under 2 years of age.

Other Ingredients: Arnica montana (Leopard’s Bane) 6X. INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Lactose and Magnesium Stearate. This product contains a milk ingredient. FREE OF: yeast, wheat, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg per serving).

WARNING: If pain persists for more than 3 days, worsens, if new symptoms occur, or if redness or swelling are present, discontinue use and consult a doctor because these could be signs of a serious condition.
