I love Tiger Balm Patches!!! I have been using Tiger Balm Patches for several years now and never want to be without them. I use them when my hips or back starts hurting and have also used them on my neck and shoulders. I take a shower and then apply the patch and leave it on for 24 hours and they really work. You do have to wear clothing over them to keep them on for that length of time. Best of all, they contain natural ingredients so the chances of a recall are pretty slim. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could buy a one dozen pack instead of a four pack! December 13, 2011

Directions: Adults and children 12 years and over apply to affected area; change patch 1 to 2 times daily. Children under 12 years, consult doctor before use. How to Apply: Clean and dry affected area Cut open pouch and remove patch Remove protective flim and apply directly to area of pain Apply to affected area not more than 3 times daily Wash hands with soap after applying patch Reseal pouch containing unused patches
