Excellant calcium with D - won't buy anything else! I've been using this for about 10 years. I am 56 years old. I had a bone density test 4 years ago and bones were perfect condition. I also exercise and lift small weights , since I was a teenager.I think the combination of Calcium plus D and working out is what has helped me. I take the suggested dosage of 2 a day and it gives me 250% D and 120% calcium. The calcium is liquid in a gel cap, it absorbs quickly. I don't think there is product out there that compares. The best part is that I can afford to take a great quality calcium + D because of Puritan. Other calciums out there cost much more and I don't think they are as good. Many of them you have to take 3 or more a day, and finding a liquid calcium in gel cap form that is afforadable is very difficult. I plan on taking this calcium and only this calcium as long as Puritan keeps it to where I can afford it. Great job Puritan, thanks for keeping me healthy.! April 11, 2012
The gelcap is superior to the covered caplet in every way, easy to take. Because you maintain the gelcap formulation, I am a constantly returning customer to this excellent product. Excellent calcium product I have been taking this easy-to-swallow calcium for at least 10 years. I am 78 years old, have recently had my last of many bone-density tests. I have always been "boarderline" and am now NORMAL. My doctor told me, "No more bone density tests for you!"
