Directions: Take 2 tablets 3 times per day, 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Space each serving at least 3 to 4 hours apart. Do not exceed more than 6 tablets per day.

Other Ingredients: Maltodexatrin. Caffeine, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, sodium bicarbonate, dextrin, silica, citric acid, dextrose, soy lecithin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and sodium citrate.

WARNING: Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Not for use by or sale to persons under age 18. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you have any medical condition or are taking any medication. The recommended serving of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
