Absurd reviews
One wonders if some of these reviewers are more interested in writing reviews or their use (if they are really using it) of the cinnamon. This ain't rocket science folks it is health science.

It's more like $39 a pound, not $2000
I don't know how that person did their math but 1000mg is a gram and there are roughly 453 grams to the pound, so if you get five 60 capsule jars that's 300 grams, or about two thirds of a pound.
At the current (12/'11) $25.98 for five jars, that figures out to $39 and change for the pound. Definitely worth not having to fill 300 of those little capsules which you'd still have to buy.
Mathematics aside, I use the cinnamon daily to help control my blood sugar naturally...plus, if your spice jar is empty, you can always open a capsule or two to sprinkle on your oatmeal.

You're paying for convenience, not the cinnamon, people! :)
It doesn't matter if you're paying $2,000 a pound for cinnamon. I'm not about to pour that many tiny capsules full of cinnamon myself.

How cheap is cinnamon bark, you get 3 bottles, for about $25, thats about $2000 a pound for cinnamon that you are paying.
