Directions: For adults, blend three (3) scoops
(85g) of Myology™ Muscle & Weight Gainer with
two (2) cups (16 fl. oz.) of whole milk. Mix in a
shaker or a blender and drink immediately for
best results. Skimmed milk may be substituted
for whole milk for less fat, calories and
cholesterol. For quicker weight gain, boost your
caloric intake by blending your shake with ingredients
like ice cream, nuts, honey, fresh berries,
bananas, and other high caloric foods.
Weight Gain Plan: For weight gain programs of 1-3
pounds per week, try one (1) to two (2) shakes mixed
as directed per day.
Muscle Builder Training Program: Drink two (2)
shakes daily, one a few hours before your workout,
and one an hour after your workout.
Do not exceed two shakes daily.
*Use in conjunction with an intense daily exercise
program and a balanced diet including an adequate
caloric intake.
