Love it!
Rubbing a little on after my morning shower and again before bed has made for more even body temp during the day and night. Have used this for years. Whenever I get lazy about re-ordering, the crazy body temps begin again. It also seems to help moods to not swing quite so far. :-)
It takes several weeks to really notice a difference, so consistency is key.
