ActiveIngredient: Carbamide Peroxide (22.0%).
Directions: Brush and floss your teeth, and make sure bleaching trays are clean and dry. Fill tray halfway up the inner wall, and put cap back on syringe immediately. Insert tray in mouth firmly against the teeth. For best results, use 30-60 minutes up to twice a day. Reduce time if sensitivity occurs. Remove tray and rinse teeth with water.

Other Ingredients: Glyercin, Aqua (Deionized Water), Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Acesulfame Potassium, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate.
