- 1 ounce Jojoba Oil
- 2 drops Chamomile Oil
- 2 drops Lavender Oil
- 2 drops Neroli Oil
- 2 drops Rose Oil
- Blend the oils together and apply to specific areas of the skin that need calming or soothing.

- 4 ounces Carrier Oil
- 10 drops Chamomile Oil
- 10 drops Clary Sage Oil
- 3 drops Fennel Oil
- 3 drops Geranium Oil
- 3 drops Ylang Ylang Oil
- 2 drops Rose Oil
- Blend Oils together and massage into body as needed or use in your electric diffuser. If using in diffuser, the carrier oil is not needed.
