This apple pectin really works!
This apple pectin works to correct my issues with constipation. It really works! I take 2 at bedtime and try to eat plenty of veges and fiber cereal each day. If I miss taking these, even if my diet is good, I will have a problem the next day. My naturopathic doctor said it is good to take apple pectin, if like me, you are not big on eating apples (apples just aren't my favorite fruit), and I don't have a problem taking these at all.
