I can tell a difference My hair has been thinning for some time and I was starting to get concerned. The "thickening" shampoos I bought at the grocery store didn't seem to make a difference, however, my hair feels thicker with this one. Love It! I love this shampoo! I do not have a problem with my hair - it's thick enough and has plenty of body. This shampoo makes my hair feel like it's really clean. THERE WAS A REAL DIFFERENCE THE 1ST TIME USED! My hair has been thinning big time, epecially around the crown. I am quite happy with the difference this shampoo is making, along with taking the Biotin supplements. Would recommend it to anyone with thin, fine hair. October 13, 2011

Directions: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply small amount of shampoo. Work up lather. Massage hair and scalp thoroughly, then rinse well. Repeat if desired.
