Great Product
I have been using this product for almost a month now. I've found that my nails are stronger and they don't chip or split like they used to. As for my hair it's softer and seems to be getting thicker. Also I have noticed less shedding when I shampoo. I will keep using this product to see if it will grow longer also. Can't wait! I will update later. I have been searching for a product that could help with the shedding of my hair, I am happy with the results. I love the price too!

Bonus, no more red spots!
I tried this to strengthen my nails. After 3 weeks I noticed the red spots on my arms had disappeared. I now have strong nails and no red spot . My Dad and neighbor are now taking them with the same success.

Great multi-vitamin
These vitamins have many uses! Taking it 3 times per day may seem like a lot, but in addition to Hair, Skin, and Nail benefit, you also have an adequate multi-vitamin that doesn't taste bad and is easy to swallow....They are highly recommended.

Wow! I've had so many compliments!
I've only been taking these for four weeks now and my hair has grown an inch. It's unbelievable! My eyelashes which normally are extremely long are now extremely thick too! After a lot of bad hair dyes, my hair was left in bad condition. My hair is about 18 inches long but the top layer had 1-3 inch long strands from bleaching it and it stuck out everywhere and looked bad. Now the hair has grown an inch and is soft and lays flat and unnoticeable. I haven't said anything to my friends about the vitamins and they've been giving me compliments about my hair and how it looks longer and softer. I totally recommend this product!

Wow! Great for the hair and nails!
It took about two or three months to really make a difference, but what a difference it made! My hair stopped falling out and my nails, which used to be dry, thin, and brittle and broke easily, are now thick and long! They don't break, chip or split like they used to and they look great! My hair (which I wear straight and long (shoulder length) looks like it did when I was a teen (I am in my 50's) and is again thick and glossy. (It's always been thick, but is thicker because it's growing in more and is not falling out as much.) Even my eyelashes are thicker which I didn't expect at all. The biggest difference I noticed was in my nails though. Does not upset my stomach at all like some vitamins, even on an empty stomach.

Made my stomach cramp
For some reason, this product doesn't agree with my body, so I discontinued using it. It gave me gas cramps really heavy. I decided I will try it again in a few days and just take once a day instead of three times daily.
