I started taking this product about 6 weeks ago because I'm a 64 year old woman who has noticed that my hair has become very dry and dull over the years. I don't like conditioners because they leave my hair too curly and waxy.
I started this product, but have found that my have is very relaxed and has a definite sheen to it. It's soft and manageable, even though I have not noticed growth. I take 2 tablets a day.

I have been using this product for over a year and have not noticed any growth in my hair, nails or skin. So thus is the reason why I have given it a one.
