It Really Makes A Difference!
My nails were so weak and thin I could bend them, easily. They split and broke and I could never grow them out. I began taking Biotin suppliments, since there is so little in the multiple B vitamin tablets, usually only about 17% of the recommended. The change in my nails was almost immediate. My nails are normal now, strong, not the least brittle, and they don't split at the tip. I have been using it for 9 years and just wish I knew about it earlier. I have encouraged nearly all of my friends to take it too, after they compliment me on my long, beautiful nails. It is so nice to actually have a vitamin product that gives you visible results. Highly recommended!
