Sceptic convinced I don't know a lot about the 'benefits' of ginko biloba-- just what I've heard 2nd and 3rd hand. I do know that I was really having trouble with my memory, recall, simple words even, and at 29 years old I was reallllly panicking a bit. No other health issues, no smoking or drinking. So I decided to give this a try. I can't describe the time frame other than that a few weeks went by and there was a small, but noticeable difference in how much I was able to remember-- simple tasks that I had trouble recalling throughout the day were much easier to remember when I needed to. Perhaps results may vary per person, but for me the ginko biloba supplement worked. The pill itself is small and relatively easy to swallow (plenty of water when taking it), and it has a slightly wheaty smell/flavor. Not unpleasant, just unexpected :). May 8, 2012
