This product is easy to swallow and works fast!
Excellent pick me up in the morning (6am). I take two every morning rather than 2-4 cups of coffee. This keeps me alert until aroun d 11am. Then I take two more and that gets me thru rest of day. I like this better for energy rather than the energy drinks that are loaded with sugar and carbs.

Not as potent as the label suggests
After using Source Naturals brand of Guarana for a while I tried Puritan's Pride because it was labeled at a higher concentration at a much lower price. I guess you get what you pay for and that seems to be true with PP's brand as well. I was taking a half-tablet of 900 mg SN brand and felt very awake (that's an alleged 450 mg dose). But with PP brand I need 1 1/2 tablets of their 1200 mg Guarana (a supposed 1800 mg dose). So someone has their bottle mislabeled. This lack of quality assurance and accuracy will eventually catch up to the supplement industry. You can envision big brother government stepping in and forcing the industry into the hands of the pharmaceuticals, complete with prescription requirements. Sorry, but I am going back to Source Naturals after I use up this supply of PP.
