Works As Advertised After the magic age of senior hood, my "regularity" started suffering (where have you heard this before?). I tried many over the counter medications and diets for coping with this epidemic problem. Some work for a while, then bind up time again... exasperation and frustration. I decided to try Herbal Laxative what did I have to loose (pun intended). I found the product to be MORE than adequate for me. I keep it in the medicine chest and use it when needed, once a week sometimes more, sometimes less. I always follow instructions and find for me using the night time dose works best. Between four and six at bedtime work quite adequately. I asked my doctor about it and he was not critical but said to use the fiber ones if I could, I replied they DO NOT work with me, they only exacerbate an already, 'hard' problem. I will recommend this product highly -but do not over use it. For me it takes between six to eight hours to work and is very gentle. August 11, 2011
