Place An Order
From our home page, you will be able to Browse through the product categories (the same categories as in the printed catalog). Or, search for a product by product name, product number or description by entering your search terms in the search box located at the top left hand side of the site.
Either method will retrieve a list of products, sizes available, and their price(s). To view a more detailed description of the product and its ingredients, simply click on product image or product name. If the label information is not available online, you can request the label information for that product from customer service using our feedback form.
Once you have decided which product you would like to purchase, click on the Add To Cart button. This will put that product to your Shopping Cart where you can select the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity you wish to order, please remember to click the Update button. You can also remove a product by selecting Remove Item.
We have now made it easier, faster and more convenient for you to order with us.
Method 1: Quick Order Form
Do you already know the item numbers of all the vitamins you are looking for?
Simply use the Quick Order Form link in the upper right hand corner of the page. Enter products by Item Number and the quantity desired. Once you are done click the "Add To Cart" button. All the items will appear in your cart for you to review, at which point you can change quantities, remove the item, continue shopping, or proceed to the secure online check out.
Method 2: My Favorites
Step 1: Click on the 'My Favorites List' button located on the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Click on the 'Add Products' button
Step 3: Start entering the product #'s of all of the items you wish to save in your 'My Favorites List'.
Step 4: Once you've added all of your products, click on the 'Add Products' button.
Step 5: You should now see all of your items in your 'My Favorites List'. From here, you can now manage your list.
To add items to your list: Click the 'Add Products' button and continue from Step 3.
To remove an item(s): Simply click 'remove item' located to the right of each item you wish to remove.
To add an item to your shopping cart: Simply click the box to the left of each item and a √ mark will appear. Now click the 'Add Selected To Cart' button. You should now see the item(s) you checked in your shopping cart. From here, you may either continue shopping or begin the check-out process.

Using a combination of these methods will result in a quick, hassle-free, and safe way to place your future orders.
At this point you can:
Continue Shopping: to add more items to your shopping cart.
Update Cart: to manually refresh your Shopping Cart.
Begin Check Out: to complete your order.
Once you are ready to complete your order, you will need to provide us with your billing and shipping information. If you have already created an account with us, you can login any time during your shopping session, including during check-out, and your billing and shipping information will automatically appear during check-out.
Your credit card information WILL NOT BE STORED and will need to be re-entered. This is for the safety and integrity of your credit. If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply choose to check-out unregistered button.
After entering your billing and shipping information you will be taken to the "order review" page where you can review all of your billing and shipping information and change any of it if necessary. Here, you will also be able to enter any coupons and/or gift certificates you may have. Once you are done reviewing your order, enter your credit card information and click the "Click Here To Complete Checkout Process" button at the bottom of the page to complete your order.
If you would like to complete your order by phone
Once you have verified your personal information and shipping options, click the "click for details" on the bottom left of the page below "Click Here To Complete Checkout Process"
Once you choose this option, a customer service representative will contact you shortly to obtain your credit card information and continue processing your order.
The final checkout screen will give you a printable receipt of your order. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the final cost.

Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may refuse the package for a full refund/credit. How to use "My Favorites List
With the 'My Favorites List' feature, you can store your favorite items in a category created just for you. Easy one-click ordering will allow you to select which items you want to put in your shopping cart. In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your 'cookies'enabled on your computer. Please remember, your list will only be available from the computer you created it on.
Step 1: Click on the 'My Favorites List' button located on the top navigation bar.

Create An Account
Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Log In/Register" on the top navigation bar. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply choose to checkout unregistered.
Forgot Username or Password
If you forgot your username or password, click on the Log In/Register button located at the top right side of the page and follow the instructions for Forgot Username and/or Password.
Edit Account Information
If you wish to edit your account information, on the Log In/Register button located at the top right side of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Log In" button. Select one of the links under My Account on the left of the page to update your profile. Remember to click the "Update Profile " button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

Domestic Shipments: $4.95*
Puritan.com will ship your order by UPS (available only in the contiguous 48 states) for only $4.95* (please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination).
If you prefer, you can have your order shipped USPS** (Post Office) for only $4.95 (please allow 2-8 business days for delivery, depending on destination).
UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air
For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. (Orders placed after 3:00 pm do not process until next business day. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., then will be shipped within 24 hrs.).
International Shipments - Including Mexico & Canada
Customs will not allow our products to be shipped to France or Germany.

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination, plus a handling charge of $4.95. US currency only. Sorry, our free shipping offer does not apply to International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Return A Product
We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If not completely satisfied, return the unused portion (within one year of date of purchase) with a short explanation, and we will promptly refund your money.
