No scary sharp edges in evidence, good coating I bought these coated Vit-C caps because uncoated "C" caps immediately begin to dissolve in my mouth and the sudden taste of ascorbic acid usually makes me want to either chew or spit. I almost passed these up owing to another review, but as I normally swallow two or three assorted vitamin/mineral supplements at once, I figured I'd have no problem swallowing these individually and indeed, I don't... sharp edges, hurts throat to swallow, not considered caplet !! I would never order these again. I thought the description of a coated caplet would be accurate, but they are large, have sharp edges and are painful to swallow! Will have to crush to use. February 29, 2012
