Worked for me This is the right product in the right form(Sulfate) and proportions .I hurt my knee badly walking stairs. I had used this formula before when my other knee was hurting and it worked, so I ordered it again. The one thing I suggest is that you take it at least 3 months before making your decision, it seems to take about that length of time before working, that is my experience at least.
