Puritan 25 mg. Milk Digestant works, but is not very strong.
I have moderate lactase intolerance. Puritan 25 mg. Milk Digestant works OK for me, to digest the amount of milk I add to my morning cup of coffee - but provided I take TWO tablets, BEFORE I drink the coffee. For ice-cream cheese-cake or any serious dairy, it's simply not strong enough for me. So I will be reordering the Puritan 125 mg. Super lactase enzyme Capsules.
