This product has been life changing for my son and nephew! It is awesome. Both my son and my nephew are very lactose intolerant and it had really changed their lives. They couldn't go out to pizza with friends,etc. Now they both take 1 or 2 tablets before eating a meal with lactose and are able to eat whatever they want.
