Seriously? Vitamin D2 and not D3?
These seem to be great quality otherwise, WHY did they have to use Vitamin D2 just to save a tiny bit of money? D3 is the form that is actually useful and not a complete waste to your body... Good thing I take my 5000iu of D3 from another store...
That aside, this is pretty much all your fruits and vegetables in a tablet. Just be sure to take one at every meal (3 a day) to get the actual quoted amount of nutrients on the bottle. There is NO way to get everything you need in one pill so 3 is more realistic.
