This Helped Me.
I have been taking a very popular liquid vitamin from another company and also have been taking liquid vitamins for years. I decided to try this the other day as I have not been able to get the Ocean Silver I used to buy from Puritans Pride. I took the other company's liquid vitamin in the morning and this at night before going to bed. I would like to report I noticed a difference the very next morning. I felt more balanced is the best way to describe the effect. I have been taking this now for several days and I will be reordering. The mixing is easy with a fork in a glass or a Blender Bottle which is now my preference. The smell and taste for me are nice too. Summary - I will be sticking with this.

was better before
I agree with the review titled "used to love this stuff": The old formulation was better in every way (even though it was a somewhat smaller container). This is not an isolated situation, and I cannot understand why Puritan changes the formulation of products yet never mentions this fact, and you only know it after you buy and try the new formulation. If it ain't broken, quit messing with it!

Cannot stand the new version
I used to like this product, but then they took a nice product and sweetened it up so that it now tastes awful. I tried to give jars of this away to co-workers, and every one of them thought it was disgusting too. It is hard to say whether the product is useful or not, since it is too unpalatable to consume.

Used to be a better formula.
Another reviewer states that he doesn't like how this product "tastes" now, but believe me, the ingredient change is more disconcerting. Old formula had more actual "greens" - seaweeds etc.. Also had licorice, royal jelly, bee pollen...and more. Now it's just like any other greens formula on the market.

used to love this stuff
my wife and I used to love this stuff but they changed ingredients and made it taste more like bubble gum now niether one of us can stand it i found green vibrance which is alot more exspensive but taste the way this used to
