Love these vitamins!
I have an active and sometimes stressful job and lifestyle and found that my regular vitamins were not getting the job done to keep me at my best, so I tried these vitamins and found they really make a difference in my energy level. They've not only got the vitamins, but most all the other "good for you" oils, herbs and minerals in a high enough dosage to be useful. (You may need an iron supplement .)
I find it easier to split them between the morning and lunch meals. I always eat before I take them as well, but not sure you have to. They travel well also, just throw them in the purse as you're headed out the door! As always, you can't beat Puritan's pricing either. Way more for the money compared to most other vitamin specialty stores.
