Wonderful effective product
My doctor recommended 5-htp because I was having trouble sleeping and winding down. It's very natural. Non-drowsy. I have been sleeping well ever since and waking up refreshed. Great product and great deal. I don't have to go to the pharmacy every 2 weeks.
