No after taste here
I have been very happy so far with this enteric coated fish oil. No after taste and no fishy smell as reported by other reviewers. I am ordering some more now, so I hope this remains the case, if not I will be returning it for a refund.

NO FISHY AFTERTASTE
No aftertaste what-so-ever. I also give it to my 2 Labrador dogs for their dry skin problems. It is much cheaper than dog supplements. My veterinarian recommended this treatment.

Very satisfied. . . good product, great value!
We have been using Puritan's Pride products for several years. We have always been very pleased with all the products we have used. When doctor recommended that my husband start taking Omega 3 fish oil, I ordered the Enteric coated from Puritan. He has had no problem with offensive after-taste or smell. I am ordering it for him again and planning to try it myself this time. I have tried other company's products in the past and always had a problem with fishy after-taste and smell so have been very hesitant to try again. Since my husband has been so satisfied, I am going to try it to see if it will work for me too.

Improper claim of no aftertaste
Previous batches of this product did not have an aftertaste. The gelcaps had a visible chalky coating that seemed to be effective, no smell at all and no aftertaste. The last batch I received however lacks this chalky coating, it has the fishy odor and is ineffective in preventing aftertaste.

Doesn't live up to it's label
The fish oil I had been using was unavailable so I tried this. I was attracted by the labeling which indicated the coating minimized fish aftertaste and "no fish burps". This proved not to be the case. I have no reason to think the oil is anything but excellent but the constant after taste of tuna has me looking for an alternative.

Glad i read the reviews before ordering!!!!!!!!!!
The only fish oil that my family uses is Nature Made or Mega Red which has the greatest odorless fish oil out there in our opinion.. Since I order certain products from Puritan Pride on a regular basis I decided to see what you had to offer. I was honestly ready to try yours this morning, but after reading all of the reviews about the fishy after taste I decided to stick to what I know. With all of the negative reviews on this product, I hope you will work on changing the formula so that it will live up to its name "NO FISHY AFTERTASTE". I will be waiting on the new and improved. :(

omega-3 enteric coated fish oil-1000mg
This product does not stand up to its promise.........I purposely bought enteric coated so that I would not have a fish odor and after taste of fish. As soon as i open the cap the smell of old fish hit my nostrils and it didn't get better when I used the product. I used it once when it arrived and I had after taste immediately. Very disappointed. Its a waste of my money.........................
