Wonderful and delicious!!!
As all Garden of LIfe Products this one has superb quality. Best tasting of all the ones tried. I also use this on my skin and hair and I love it. My hair is healthy beautiful, strong, shiny, bouncy and it is growing like weeds ever since I started taking Ultra Woman Daily Multi and using the coconut oil in my hair once a week. I apply the oil, put on a plastic cap while I clean the house. So I usually have it on 2 or more hours. Then I wash it out with my sulfate free organic shampoo, and condition as usual. Put in my leave in conditioner and blow dry. My hair has never been in better condition. No frizzie hair, even in high humidity (I'm half the time in Miami, half in Dominican Republic). It is super smooth, thick and healthy looking. And the SHINE is amazing. If it helps you, I have type 3b curly hair that tends to be very frizzie. But not anymore!!! I usually blow dry it straight, but if going curly, this produces beautiful soft, smooth shiny curls.
As I said, the quality of this oil is wonderful as with all Garden of Life products. When you buy from them you can be sure you are getting the best of the best in organic products. I have also used the Puritan Pride brand of Coconut oil and love it as well. The taste and smell are light and pleasant and I get the same results on my skin and hair. However, I personally think this one taste better, and love the fact that it is in a glass jar and not plastic. I don't mind plastic containers for hair use, but for internal consumption, I prefer the glass. I also like the fact that if I'm short on money I can just get the one jar of this, and not have to get the 2 jars of the PP brand. That is a plus. And this one is actually cheaper in price, which is surpricing coming from such a high quality company.
I hate that we can't talk about the benefits of these products for certain things. But just google the benefits of coconut oil and you will never be without it. Use this on your skin, and you will never use anything else. Lotions destroy your skin inside, but this repairs skin and hair from the inside out!!! Give it a try, you won't regret it!!!
