would recommed this for elderly especially, but good for anyone wanting to improve health...

Dog Usage
My vet recommended that I give my Newfoundland, Bacchus, omega-3 fish oil to prevent a recurrence of skin problems. Being 165 pounds, it takes a lot of fish oil to treat Bacchus. Puritan's Pride fish oils are the best value I have found. They have also done a great job of preventing dry skin for Bacchus and have given him a beautiful shiny coat. It just might do the same for a human (hair instead of coat).
