As good as best sinus meds available
The only ingredient in this med is antihistamine. I used to use Sine-Off before it was taken off the market because of it's possible use in making illicit drugs. This product works as well without all the other ingredients present in most allergy/sinus meds. I have seasonal allergies and the occasional sinus headache during the off season. This works quickly without making me sleepy. I've used it for several years and would definitely recommend it to anyone I know (or didn't know, for that matter).

WARNING: Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have: Glaucoma, trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland, a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking dedatives or tranquilizers. Tamper Evident: Do not use if imprinted safety seal under cap is broken or missing.
