For Garlic Lovers...
This organic granulated garlic is exceptionally good.
It's finely granulated and really bumps up the garlic
flavor in all foods. It's a little more potent than the
garlic powder, but I really like this for recipes when
you really want the garlic flavor to come through.
I like to use fresh garlic but it doesn't keep too
long in the refrigerator and I'm constantly having
to throw it away. This granulated garlic is always
convenient and ready to use. I highly recommend
it and will continue to buy it. It's much better than
any of the supermarket brands.
