A must try product! It works!
I first learned of St. John’s Wort over 10 years ago from a psychologist that was helping me with a lifetime anger problem that was starting to affect my job at that time. On my second visit he told me about this product and how he used it while on vacation with a car load of young kids and an irate wife, and how she got mad at him for being so calm. It was, he said, because he was taking St John’s Wort. It kept him calm during all the calamity.
I tried it and the results where subtle, almost unnoticeable except I noticed that I wasn’t getting angry over things that should make me angry (normally). I visited the Doc only once more and that was to thank him for actually changing my life.
I went through some very difficult years with a doctor's help. I used St. John’s Wort to help me after getting away from the prescriptions and I have continued to use them now for several years with predictable results. If it feels like a bad day or if I know a situation is going to occur that is going to stress me, I pop a couple of SJW and I am much more relaxed. I don’t take them every day, only when I need them, a few times a month.
I have recommended SJW to many people over the years and I strongly continue to do so to this day.
