I use this product because I love cakes, cookies and pies. Whenever possible, I like to use natural techniques that actually really work. Why take something created when you are not in a place where you require it.
I don't currently have any related health issues, but a friend received a professional recommendation to use cinnamon to help assist with reducing some of his sugar absorbtion. I did some research, and found that it is actually used for helping with this. Cinnamon helps negate some of the sugar absorbtion in the body. It is not a cure-all for anything, but I like the idea of assistance. It is a lot easier to pop a capsule than to try and swallow this much cinnamon in a day.
I used to purchase this by another company in the store. It was double the price, for the same exact amount. This is excellent quality, the mg amount it perfect, and I am more likely to get just what I need. I am happy I discovered this site. I stock up, and don't have to worry about the availability etc. You can compare, but you will find you should just spend your cinnamon cash right here.
