Tested and proven results.
I was taking the Member's Mark or Costco brand of Vit D and taking a LOT of it, but it never registered on blood tests. When I switched to this one, from Puritan's, taking half as much showed up as "normal" on the blood work. I won't forget that... Living in Alaska, Vit D supplements are vital to get through the long, dark winters. And, the product from Puritan's Pride was comparably priced, if not cheaper.

It Works!
My vitamin D level was 29 and 3 months later was 67! I took 2 per day and this was in the winter months without sun exposure. I'm very pleased with this product and give it highest possible ratings.

It works
My vitamin D levels had been low for 2 years. I did not expect this product to work due to the price but decided to give it a try.Other vitamins did not work, this did. Had my levels checked again in a few months and my levels were great! I was shocked.

This works great!
This works amazingly fast - my only problem was my Vitamin D shot up way too high. I highly recommend this product, but be cautious and have you level checked often to prevent problems from having too much!
