My doctor informed my that my Vitamin D level was extremely low. After I completed a mega dose of Vitamin D, I was instructed by my physician to take 1000 mg of Vitamin D daily. I now use your Vitamin D3 daily and have been able to maintain at healthy level of D. I love the easy to swallow pills and the fact that they are free of any additives.
