Directions: Please refer to the dosing chart below. Take the first serving in the morning prior to breakfast and the second serving 6 hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed 6 rapid liquid gels in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Combine SLIMQUICK EXTREME with an intense diet and training program to achieve your weight-loss goals. Dosing Schedule: Day 1-2, 1 rapid liquid gel, second serving: 1 rapid liquid gel, day 3-4, 2 rapid liquid gels, Second Serving: 2 rapid liquid gels.
