This newly formulated probiotic supports digestive and immune systems, and helps provide a favorable environment for the absorption of nutrients.** It provides 3 billion live cultures per serving with guaranteed quality and CFU through expiration.** 

It includes a proprietary Acidophilus blend that nutritionally supports your digestive tract, encourages intestinal microflora balance, and supports the digestive and immune systems.** It is also now bottled in a white desiccated vial for enhanced stability. Adults can take one to three capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

I find that it is better to take liquid one's as they get absorbed faster and more effectively. Not sure if this one is doing any good for me.
