Quercetin is a non-citrus bioflavonoid found in many fruits and vegetables which contributes to their healthy benefits.* Many foods contain quercetin, including onions, apples, green and black tea, black currants and bilberries, and also green leafy vegetables and beans in smaller amounts.

This formula also contains Vitamin D, a fat-soluble vitamin that can be obtained through the diet or synthesized in the skin upon exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D is known for its many benefits, including assisting in maintaining a healthy immune system.*
