Directions: Enjoy the benefits of Aromappeal™ Rosemary Oil for your
massage or your bath.
For massage, dilute 5 drops of essential oil to 10 mL of a base oil.

Product Recipe
Stimulating and Uplifting Blend 1
10 drops Orange Oil
4 drops Juniper Oil
3 drops Rosemary Oil
3 drops Black Pepper Oil Blend the oils together and then add the mixture to your electric diffuser as needed throughout the day. Can also add to a tissue or cotton ball and inhale.

Respiratory Chest Rub 1
1 ounce carrier oil
4 drops Pine Oil
3 drops Eucalyptus Oil
2 drops Frankincense Oil
2 drops Rosemary Oil Mix oils together and massage over your chest and back as needed.

Stimulating and Uplifting Bath 1
4 drops Lavender Oil
3 drops Rosemary Oil
2 drops Geranium Oil
2 drops Lemon Oil
2 drops Grapefruit Oil Add the oils to a warm bath as the tub is filling and soak for a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes.
