Simply mist on pillow before resting your head for the night. The fruity, intoxicating essence of hops combines with relaxing lavender, yarrow and chamomile flower to set you adrift in a tranquil sea of deep relaxation with the pillow as your headrest and the sheets as your sail.

Directions: Dilute properly. Suggested Uses: Pillow Spray: Combine 18 drops with 1 oz water in a spray mister. Massage Oil: Combine 7 drops with each tbsp of sweet almond oil.

Other Ingredients: Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Sinensis (Sweet Orange) Oil, Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Co2 Extract, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil, Achillea Millefolium (Yarrow) Oil, Matricaria Recutita (German Chamomile) Oil.
