Gala, Fuji, and Golden Delicious lend extra sweetness to this smoothie, while those with a taste for tart have Granny Smith, Jonagold, and Honeycrisp to choose from.
While it’s your choice to peel the apple, I like to leave the skin on for extra nutrients.
1 apple, chopped (no core)
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
3/4 cup cashew milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 scoop Myology Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla
Chop apple into small pieces so that it will blend easily. Blend apple juice, Greek yogurt, cashew milk, cinnamon, and protein powder. Add apples, and blend until smooth.
