Spring Fling Green Superfood Smoothie

Just like we periodically clean out our closets, sometimes our bodies need a clean-up, too.

This nutrient-rich drink quenches thirst with its invigorating, grassy taste and has a touch of sweetness from the pear. Plus, it contains refreshing ingredients like tart lemon juice and celery.

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until completely smooth. Add ice if you want a colder drink, and blend again. If you don’t like pulp, this drink can be strained through a fine, mesh strainer if desired. This drink is best served fresh.

Makes 1-2 servings.
