Tart Cherry Tonic Recipe

In this recipe, we paired up herb turmeric (which supports antioxidant health*), with tart cherry juice to create a nutritious drink that can be enjoyed any hour of the day.

Like raspberries, strawberries, kidney beans, and beets, cherries contain anthocyanins, antioxidants that are responsible for fighting cell-damaging free radicals and give these fruits and vegetables their rich red color.



Mix all ingredients in a jar and stir until turmeric and honey are dissolved.

Makes 1-2 servings.
