Chocolate Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

We’re giving you permission to eat dessert for breakfast with this decadent chia seed pudding. Chia seeds contain essential fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6 to support heart and skin health,  and they’re also a source of dietary fiber and protein.*


Strawberry mixture:

Pudding directions:

Mix all ingredients (except those in the strawberry mixture) in a blender until the mixture is smooth. Pour into an airtight glass jar, and let the mixture gel overnight or for 8-10 hours.

Strawberry mixture directions:

Before serving divide pudding into two bowls. Chop up strawberries and in a separate bowl, mix in the almonds. Add coconut sugar and mix again (if desired for extra sweetness). Spoon half of the strawberry mixture onto the top of each bowl of pudding.

Makes 2 servings.
