Just good to have

Calcium CARBONATE
Calcium CARBONATE Is the worst, least absorbing form of calcium i.e. chalkboard chalk. There are many better forms of calcium.

Good way to get extra calcium
These tablets are a bit large (not for me, but for my husband who had trouble swallowing them). Otherwise, they do just fine. Even with the vitamin D added, my primary care physician has me take additional vitamin D.

Calcium with vitamin d
I sent the calcium with vitamin d to a friend in China who is a doctor. She complained that the vitamins in China tend to be ---shall we say-- suspect.
She wrote me that she was ecstatic to receive the Puritan product I sent her. If only Puritan delivered to China....
