Calcium is the primary mineral responsible for strong bones.* The body also uses Calcium for proper muscle contraction and nerve function.* Just two tablets of our Calcium 600 + Vitamin D provide 92% of the Daily Value for Calcium. Each tablet contains 600 mg Calcium and 3.125 mcg (125 I.U.) Vitamin D. Adults can take one or two tablets daily.
