Popular and tasty, Raw and Natural sunflower seeds make a delicious ingredient for salads and cereals, or just to snack on. Have all the fun and flavor of sunflower seeds without any of the work. Our Raw Sunflower Kernels are a good source of potassium and phosphorous.
Sunflower Seed Butter Recipe
Prep: Soak for 2 hours. Dehydrate for 12 hours, or until completely dry.
- 2-2.5 cups High Valley Orchard Raw Sunflower Kernels (1 shareable size bag)
- 2-3 Tbsp oil
- Pinch of sea salt, or to taste (optional)
Process in food processor for 4-5 minutes or until final stage is reached.
