Directions: Pour 12 oz. of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let sleep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep. Press tea bag and gently remove. Drink 1 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day after your evening meal. Three to four days later you may increase the strength and flavor by of your tea-if you wish-by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12 years of age.

Other Ingredients: Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Spearmint Leaf (Mentha spicata), Marshmellow Root (Althaea Officinalis), Papaya Leaf (Carica Papaya), Eleuthero Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Cinnamon Bark (cinnamomum), Chrysanthemum Flower (Chrysanthemum morifolium) Japanese Honeysuckle Flower (Lonicera japonica).
