Directions: Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Squeeze the tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup. Drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime. Adults and children 12 years and older: drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime.

WARNING: Stimulant laxatives should not be taken for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Ask a doctor before use if you have stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that continue over a period of 2 weeks.
